We aim to hire the best talent available, which is why our interview process has several stages to ensure we find the right fit for both parties.
If you pass the initial screening call with our recruitment team, you will be invited to one of our offices for an interview. Here is a general outline of the process:
Stage 1: 60-minute interview with the hiring manager
Stage 2: 30-minute interview with our Business Unit General Manager
Please note that this schedule may vary depending on the specific role you have applied for, but we hope it gives you an idea of what to expect.

Our interview process is designed to thoroughly assess your skills and if you're a good fit for our business, while also allowing you to evaluate if our business is the right one for you. We recognise that VINCI Energies may not be for everyone, and that's perfectly fine.
We have multiple stages because we believe it's impossible for both sides to determine a true match in just one 60-minute interview.
